Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has led to the emergence of Generative AI (GAI), which shows great potential and application value in the field of image generation. However, the widespread use of this technology also raises concerns about the risk of copyright infringement. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the challenges posed by image generative AI in copyright infringement, examine the underlying causes of infringement, and present effective strategies for addressing these issues.
