Abstract

With the expansion of the scale of postgraduate students, the problem of training quality has become increasingly prominent, and the evaluation system of postgraduate training quality has become the focus of attention of universities and society. Against the background of “breaking the five only”, this paper constructs a comprehensive, scientific and reasonable evaluation system framework and index system of postgraduate training quality through a literature review, expert interviews, hierarchical analysis and other methods. The evaluation system aims to promote the comprehensive development of postgraduates and substantial improvement in education quality, breaks through the traditional single evaluation mode, and adopts a comprehensive and diversified evaluation mechanism to ensure the fairness, accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation. The research in this paper not only provides new perspectives and methods for evaluating the quality of postgraduate education but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality assurance system of higher education.
