This paper examines the livestock industry chains of China and the United States, focusing on the comparative analysis of Wens Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. (Wens) and Tyson Foods, Inc. (Tyson Food). The study aims to identify the differences in their industry roles, financial performance, and business models, and to propose strategies for Chinese livestock enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness. By analyzing financial data and business practices, the paper highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each company, and the impact of consumer preferences and labor costs on their operations. The findings are significant for understanding the dynamics of the global livestock industry and guiding the strategic development of Chinese enterprises in the international market.
