- Abstract
Based on the digital transformation strategy of higher education in Guangdong Province, this paper deeply analyzes the practical predicament of integrating digital learning resources in regional universities and systematically constructs a four-dimensional collaborative innovation model of “policy - technology - demand – governance”. Through field research, case analysis and comparative studies, the problems existing in the current resource integration, such as inconsistent standards, institutional barriers and imbalance between supply and demand, are revealed. Practical paths such as hierarchical and classified integration, industry-education integration and collaboration, and cultural inheritance and empowerment are proposed. A sustainable development mechanism is constructed from the dimensions of policy guarantee, technological breakthroughs and cultural cultivation. It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the high-quality development of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
