Abstract

With the acceleration of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, vocational education needs to adapt to the needs of industrial upgrading, and cultivate field engineers who have the ability to work in real field and adapt to the upgrading of digital and intellectual scenarios. With the background of “Field Engineer Special Cultivation Plan for Vocational Education”, the article puts forward the development and practice path of talent cultivation programme based on job core competence image. By analysing the cultivation mode of engineers at home and abroad, combining the construction of job skill dictionaries and the drawing of core competence portraits, we establish a dynamic mapping model of “industry-end-job-end-skill-end-curriculum-end-professional end”, and establish a joint school-enterprise training programme. The programme emphasizes “real environment, real job, real project” (3R teaching method), strengthens practice orientation and competency-based, and introduces dynamic adjustment mechanism and third-party quality tracking and verification to ensure the quality of training. The study provides insights for the reform of vocational education, such as in-depth collaboration between schools and enterprises, reconstruction of the curriculum system, and construction of practice platforms, which will help cultivate high-quality field engineers who are “proficient in operation, know the process, know how to manage, good at collaboration, and able to innovate”.
