Abstract

Teacher resource allocation has always been the focus of attention in national basic education, and whether or not the allocation of teacher resources is reasonable has a bearing on the stable development of national basic education and the realization of educational equity, as well as on the effective improvement of the quality of education in each region. At present, the problem of teacher resource allocation in China mainly focuses on the problem of differences in teacher resource allocation, which also gives rise to the phenomenon of educational injustice. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the problems of teacher resource allocation under educational equity. This paper takes Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China, as an example, and analyzes the current situation of educational resource allocation in Hengshui City, and finds that the imbalance in the allocation of teachers’ resources among regions, schools and different groups under the educational equity is due to the imbalance in the economic development of urban and rural areas, the imbalance in the performance of the management function, and the inequity in the direction of the investment in education, which directly affects the realization of the educational equity. In this regard, from the perspective of educators, this paper takes educational equity as an opportunity to put forward optimization suggestions such as improving the teacher resource allocation system, establishing a scientific teacher mobility mechanism and realizing the balanced development of educational inputs, which will help us to make a more reasonable distribution of educational resources and move forward towards the goal of educational equity.
