Abstract

In the process of cultivating professional master’s students through industry-education integration, universities often face challenges such as insufficient intrinsic motivation from enterprises and the instability of high-quality collaborative education. These issues directly impact the effectiveness and sustainability of joint talent training. This paper proposes a set of actionable measures that do not rely on government policies but instead focus on mechanisms within universities’ control—such as collaborative frameworks, joint faculty development, and student evaluation reforms—to enhance enterprise engagement and ensure long-term cooperation. By addressing the structural and operational gaps from the academic side, the study aims to build a more sustainable and stable model for university-industry collaboration in postgraduate education. The approach offers practical insights into resolving the difficulties in collaborative education and advancing the deep integration of the education and industrial chains. It also holds theoretical and practical significance for institutionalizing the co-training of graduate students by multiple stakeholders.
