Abstract

Under the background of “slow employment”, higher vocational colleges in Guangxi are faced with such challenges as increasing employment pressure and urgent training of innovation and entrepreneurship ability. This paper constructs a “three-step” talent training path of “theoretical learning - practical operation training - project practice”, and aims to cultivate compound talents with innovative consciousness, entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility through theoretical learning of curriculum system, strengthening tripartite collaborative support, building innovation and entrepreneurship platform, improving evaluation and feedback mechanism and other measures. Relying on the advantages of China-Asean regional economic cooperation, China will deepen the integration of industry and education, optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching methods, strengthen the combination of theory and practice, and ensure that personnel training is closely aligned with market demand. The research results show that the implementation of the above paths can not only improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability, but also effectively promote their employment and contribute to the economic and social development of Guangxi and even the whole country.
