Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the strategies for cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities urgently need to be adjusted and optimized. This article deeply explores the key paths and practical strategies for cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities driven by artificial intelligence. This paper discusses the precise profiling of students’ learning conditions with the assistance of artificial intelligence and proposes to provide personalized learning guidance for students through innovative teaching methods. To strengthen the deep integration of artificial intelligence with other disciplines, and cultivate students’ comprehensive application ability and cross-border innovative thinking, this article emphasizes that colleges and universities should focus on cultivating students’ innovative thinking and critical thinking. Through diversified forms such as open-ended question discussions and innovation laboratories, they should stimulate students’ creativity and spirit of exploration. Driven by artificial intelligence, they should actively explore diverse talent cultivation models to comprehensively enhance students’ innovation ability and comprehensive quality.
