Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has written many letters to young college students. These reply letters are a concentrated reflection of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s earnest hope for young college students and an important guiding ideology and action guide for carrying out ideological and political work for young college students. Starting from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s reply to young college students, we will clarify the logical path for counselors to carry out ideological and political work for college students in four aspects; on this basis, we will summarize the practical paths followed by counselors when carrying out ideological and political education.
