- Abstract
This paper focuses on the teaching of the “Principle of Automatic Control” course and investigates the practical application of the “goal-driven, six-link synergy, and multidimensional interaction” hybrid teaching mode. The traditional instructional approach to this course is characterised by a single teaching method, a disconnect between theory and practice, and insufficient interaction, which ultimately leads to limited student engagement and suboptimal learning outcomes. In response to these challenges, this study proposes an innovative teaching mode driven by five categories of targeted questions. The mode integrates six interlinked elements-pre-study, lecture, flipped classroom, dual-instructor teaching, quality development, and feedback & evaluation-to reinforce multidimensional interaction among students, between groups, and between teachers and students. Practice has demonstrated that this approach effectively addresses the shortcomings of traditional methods, markedly enhances students’ learning interest and participation, and significantly improves the overall teaching quality of the “Principle of Automatic Control” course.
