- Abstract
With the continuous advancement of higher education reform and the increasing demand for comprehensive talents in society, college students face new opportunities and challenges in adaptation and development after enrollment. Based on the laws of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the achievements of educational and teaching practice, this paper focuses on the issue of future development planning for college students in the early stage of enrollment. It first analyzes the adaptive challenges and practical significance of college students’ future development planning, then explores the key influencing factors from five dimensions, and finally proposes a four-dimensional practical path system. This study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical direction for colleges and universities to guide students in constructing scientific and sustainable future development plans.
