Abstract

Against the backdrop of the “digitalization, cross-border integration, and practicalization” development trend of new business studies, the digital business industry has witnessed the emergence of new formats such as cross-border e-commerce, live-streaming marketing, and data operation. There is a surging demand for compound talents who are “proficient in technology, skilled in operation, and capable of innovation”. However, the current cultivation of digital business talents is confronted with three major dilemmas: “disconnection between courses and the industry, separation between competition-training and job positions, and weak cultivation of innovative capabilities”. Traditional practical teaching can hardly meet the needs of the industry. Taking the digital business industry-education integration practice base as the carrier, this paper integrates multiple resources from the government, schools, enterprises, and industries, and draws on concepts such as “integration of posts, courses, competitions, and certificates”, OBE-CDIO, and symbiosis theory to innovatively construct the “Competition-Training-Innovation” integrated education model. By reconstructing the three-level curriculum system of “foundation-core-innovation”, building a four-dimensional teaching team with “dual qualifications and dual capabilities”, establishing a granular resource database, and improving the “multi-subject and multi-dimensional” evaluation mechanism, a closed-loop education pattern of “promoting training through competitions, strengthening capabilities through training, and enhancing efficiency through innovation” is realized.
