- Abstract
Against the backdrop of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI), this paper conducts a systematic study on the cultivation paths of applied talents in economics and management majors. By analyzing the core competency requirements for economics and management talents under the MEI initiative, as well as the problems and causes in the current cultivation system, this paper focuses on expounding the core cultivation paths of “Integration of Theory and Practice, Integration of Courses and Competitions, and Industry-Education Integration” and their implementation strategies. Through deepening the significance of the research topic and expanding its application prospects, this study aims to construct a scientific and operable new model for cultivating applied talents in economics and management majors, providing theoretical support and practical references for universities to improve talent cultivation quality and serve national strategic needs.
