- Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy and technology on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, as well as explore the role of financial access moderation in this relationship. Using the survey method and structural equation model (SEM) using SmartPLS 4, data was collected from 257 SMEs owners in various sectors. The results of the study show that both financial literacy and technological innovation have a significant positive influence on the performance of SMEs. In addition, access to finance has been shown to moderate the relationship between financial literacy and performance, as well as between technology and performance, by increasing the positive impact of both variables. These findings highlight the importance of increasing financial literacy and technological innovation, as well as better access to finance to support the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in Indonesia. This research provides implications for policymakers and stakeholders to design programs that support the capacity building of SMEs in managing finances and adopting new technologies..
