Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internal and external scope of Hajj Sulam Chicken Porridge, enabling the determination of steps to be taken for sustainability strategies regarding Hajj Sulam Chicken Porridge. The study yields four alternative strategies based on the use of SWOT matrix analysis. First, maximizing the use of food delivery services provided by e-commerce platforms such as Gojek and Grab, as well as utilizing Maxim and Shopee Food, can help attract more customers and expand reach, especially during breakfast and lunch hours. Second, leveraging social media by collaborating with influencers and TikTok celebrities can significantly enhance product promotion, leading to a notable increase in sales. This approach allows for wider reach and engagement with potential customers, effectively boosting brand visibility. Third, effectively and maximally utilizing the strategic location by offering discounts and collaborating with nearby coffee shop and pharmacy owners can enhance visibility and attract more customers. This approach leverages the advantages of the location to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Fourth, utilizing computer technology for administrative purposes, along with a cash register, can lead to more efficient operations. This setup makes it easier to adjust prices in response to fluctuating raw material costs, ensuring better management and accuracy in financial transactions. The SWOT analysis provides optimal strategies for enhancing the sustainability of Hajj Sulam Chicken Porridge.
