The purpose of this study was to compile a job analysis and workload analysis at the Benteng Somba Opu Village Office. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data were obtained from interviews, questionnaires, observation and review of relevant documents. The results of this study resulted in 5 (five) position information consisting of the positions of Lurah, Lurah Secretary, Head of Community Empowerment and Service Section, Head of Government Section and Head of Peace and Order Section.
