- Abstract
Digitalization of public services has been a significant technological innovation in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government services. However, digital transformation in the public sector faces various challenges, especially in meeting multi-stakeholder interests and complex decision-making processes. This study aims to identify research trends and key concepts in the digital transformation of public services by analyzing articles indexed in Scopus from 2020 to 2024. The research method used is bibliometric analysis with the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) approach utilizing the Scopus database. The results show that research in the digital transformation of public services has increased significantly, especially in the fields of social and computer science. The study also found that the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation process, especially in public service delivery. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of local participation in digital transformation as well as the role of digital technology in improving the quality of public services.
