Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the perceptions of visitors, especially those from vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, the elderly, children, and lower-middle economic groups, towards the implementation of inclusive tourism. Inclusive tourism is important to ensure that every individual, regardless of physical, economic, or social conditions, can access and enjoy the tourism experience fairly and equally. In many developed countries, these aspects and facilities are already in place, and a commitment to equality is strongly upheld. However, this research highlights a well-known tourist location in Indonesia that is considered a representation of modern tourist attractions in Indonesia, namely Dago Dreampark, West Bandung Regency. From the results of observations, inequality is still found. Even some previous research highlighted the condition of attractions in this location. Through questionnaire data collection techniques and direct observation of tourist sites, researchers explored visitor perceptions related to inclusive tourism. In selecting samples using the purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, specifically, respondents who have visited this location. The number of respondents is limited using the Slovin formula, which is 136 respondents. There are four main indicators in analyzing, which are; covering aspects of physical accessibility, aspects of information accessibility, aspects of economic affordability, and aspects of service attitudes. Furthermore, to analyze the research data using the scoring method and present it descriptively.
