Abstract

The research entitled Preventing Minority Adherents From Religion Discriminatory Action Through Implementing Taplai Lemhannas RI For Villages And Sub-Districts Government Officials is aimed at finding 1) Why do government officials oblige to attend the Training of Strengthening the National Values of National Resilience Institution of Indonesia Republic (Pemantapan Nilai-nilai Pancasila Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia = Taplai Lemhannas RI) and 2) What kind of training the government officials should attend to enable them to prevent the minority adherents from religion discriminatory action. The research method used for getting the answer for the two research objectives is the descriptive qualitative since this method allows the researcher to implement her own experience when she attended the Taplai Lemhannas RI training program (Program Pelatihan Reguler Angkatan 63 = PPRA 63) for 7 months in 2022 and also asked other trainees of the different program named Taplai Lemhannas RI for having the first-hand data. Having a religion as the light of one’s life is a must. Therefore in Indonesia, the religion of someone is stated clearly through Pancasila. However, the condition of Indonesia which permits everybody to choose and follow his/her religion creates the hardship of conducting one’s praying. It is said so since in some cases the practice of praying creates noises in the surroundings. In order to protect our own religion and not let others intervene in our own faith the role of villages and sub-district officials- who have learned the skill of managing religions harmoniously - practicing safety and comfort religion practice is a must.
