It is our great pleasure to present the proceedings of the International Conference on Digital Transformation in Business and Organizations (ICDTBO) 2026, held on 25th of June 2026 in School of Postgraduate Studies Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia. This volume brings together the papers presented at the conference, reflecting the collective contributions of researchers, practitioners, and scholars working in business, technology, and organization management.

The rapid acceleration of digital transformation has fundamentally altered business models, organizational structures, and operational paradigms across various industries, both in Indonesia and globally. Within the Indonesian context, digital transformation represents both an opportunity for economic growth and a challenge that necessitates strategic direction in addressing complex issues. The pandemic has further served as a significant catalyst that underscored the urgency for organizations to adopt digital technologies, thereby generating a critical need for evidence-based research, knowledge exchange, and collaborative dialogue among academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

A total of 28 submissions were received, of which 28 were sent for double-blind peer review by members of the Scientific Committee. Following this process, 20 papers were accepted for presentation and inclusion in this volume, corresponding to an acceptance rate of 71.4%. Further detail on the review process is provided in the accompanying Peer-Review Ethics Statement.

The volume is organized based on the tracks presented during conference was held. Tracks mentioned are: Digital transformation strategy & leadership; Digital innovation in business models & operations; Sustainability & technology in organizations; Emerging technologies in business context; Digital transformation in specific sectors; and Human and social dimensions.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the members of the Scientific Committee for their rigorous and timely reviews, and to keynote speakers, sponsor, co-host, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, organizing committees, and other for their support in making this conference and volume possible.

We hope that this volume will serve as a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and also policy makers and will contribute meaningfully to the ongoing discourse in business, technology, and organization management field. We look forward to welcoming the community to future editions of the conference.
