- Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze whether Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Government Employees partially. The total population in this study was 135 employees with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) with the number of samples taken using purposive sampling, namely as many as 115 employees. The type of data used is quantitated qualitative data. The data source used is primary data obtained from the results of the respondents’ direct answers through filling out questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data obtained from literature study. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while Job Satisfaction had no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
