Abstract

This study examines the impact of learning styles on creative thinking and problem-solving abilities while exploring the integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) as an educational tool. A systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines was conducted, analyzing peer-reviewed studies from Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The findings reveal that adaptive instructional strategies tailored to students’ learning styles significantly enhance cognitive flexibility and engagement. Additionally, NLP-based educational technologies provide personalized feedback, facilitate deeper learning, and reduce cognitive load, aligning with theories such as Sweller’s cognitive load theory and Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory. However, challenges such as teacher training deficiencies and institutional resistance to AI-driven education highlight the need for strategic professional development initiatives. Future research should focus on empirical studies assessing the long-term impact of NLP-integrated personalized learning. These findings underscore the transformative potential of adaptive learning environments, advocating for continued research and innovation in technology-enhanced education.
