The Mobilizing Organization Program is the fourth episode of Merdeka Belajar, while the Mobilizing School Program is the seventh episode of Merdeka Belajar. Through case studies using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research involved 96 samples of educational units throughout Indonesia. This research shows that these two programs have a significant role in improving the quality of education, reducing levels of discrimination and bullying, as well as strengthening the leadership and collaborative skills of educators. These findings emphasize the importance of government support and adequate resource allocation to expand the implementation of inclusive education policies and promote collaboration between stakeholders in creating an inclusive learning environment in Indonesia.
