- Abstract
In an era characterized by rapid and constant change, maintaining knowledge capital is critical for organizations to remain productive and responsive to the needs of their stakeholders. Thus, employees become one of the components in the company whose needs must be considered so that the company can run effectively. One way to achieve good company performance effectiveness is to carry out performance assessments and develop a good employee recruitment and selection system. This article will discuss performance assessment, personnel administration, recruitment selection processes carried out in developing companies in the wooden furniture sector. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection in the form of interviews and direct observation. Data were analyzed using the triangulation method based on the results of interviews and observations.
