- Abstract
The purpose of writing this article is to determine the factors of educational management that can create quality improvements in vocational education. The method used is a literature review with a mapping review approach. The conceptual framework created is related to the management aspect, especially Graduate Competence. This literature review process is carried out by searching for relevant articles and then evaluating them. The database used in the reference search uses Google Scholar and Springer Link. The results of the literature review show that there are five keys to improving the quality of graduates, including work motivation, work ethic, teacher performance, management innovation, and learning management.
