Abstract

The maintenance of facilities still faces many obstacles, one of which is because complaints about damaged or missing main and supporting facilities are not immediately responded to and replaced. It can reduce or even interfere with work productivity. This research aims to produce an effective and efficient facility and infrastructure complaint information system. This research and development (R&D) uses a waterfall model. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis consists of qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative data analysis uses Excel data processing, qualitative data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawn. The results show: (1) communication helps determine the development of information systems; (2) planning to monitor the system development process; (3) modeling describes system requirements; (4) construction creates a system in a real way; (5) delivery of products to users and introduction of systems to users; (6) the system test is feasible with the acquisition of 100% functionality, which is very good, and the usability aspect of 83.12%, which is very feasible; and (7) the process of maintaining infrastructure facilities can run optimally.
