Abstract

This study aims to 1) evaluate the development of a 3D Virtual Fashion Design E-Module using Clo3D software, and 2) assess the quality of the e-module in enhancing the 21st Century Skills of students in the Fashion Design Education Program at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology, following the steps adapted from Borg and Gall’s model. These steps include identifying potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product trials, design revisions, product implementation, and large-scale trials. The research resulted in creating an e-module focused on Clothing Pattern Making using Clo3D software. This e-module includes interactive content such as images, videos, and hyperlinks, providing direct access to instructional YouTube videos via QR codes. The module was evaluated by experts in both material and media, achieving an average score of 92.45% from material experts and 93.5% from media experts, both categorized as “Very Eligible.” These results suggest that the 3D Virtual Fashion Design E-Module is highly suitable for use as an alternative learning resource in the Digital Fashion Pattern Making course, contributing to Improving 21st Century Skills.
