It is with great honor that we present the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Environmental Learning and Educational Technologies (ICELET 2025), held on October 2–3, 2025, at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. Organized by the Faculty of Education, this conference carried the theme “Ethics and Integrity in Emerging Trends of Educational Research and Practice in a Global Society”, underscoring our collective responsibility to uphold academic rigor, transparency, and ethical standards in the rapidly evolving digital era.

ICELET 2025 brought together scholars, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to explore diverse topics at the intersection of environmental learning and educational technologies. The breadth of contributions reflects the dynamism of contemporary educational research. For instance, papers such as “Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Learning Models in Social Studies Subjects” and “Validation of a Learning Feasibility Scale for Podcast Integration in Batik Training Programs” highlight the innovative use of digital tools to enhance teaching and learning practices. Meanwhile, studies like “Strategies to Improve Teacher Professionalism through Digital Literacy Website” and “Centering Ethics and Integrity in Teachers’ Instructional Innovation within the Merdeka Curriculum Implementation” emphasize the importance of professional growth and ethical responsibility in education.

Equally significant are works that integrate cultural and social dimensions into pedagogy, such as “Integrating Sundanese Cultural Digital Storybooks to Instil Tolerance in Pancasila and Civic Education” and “Cultivating Noble Character Values through the Development of Audio-Based Children’s Songs in Elementary Schools.” These contributions remind us that transformative education must remain rooted in cultural identity and values while embracing technological advancement.

This year’s conference featured distinguished keynote speakers and parallel sessions that showcased diverse perspectives and cutting-edge research. All submissions underwent a rigorous peer-review process to ensure originality, quality, and relevance. Selected papers are published in the Atlantis Press Conference Proceedings and other indexed journals, reflecting the high standards and scholarly contributions of our participants.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the authors for their valuable contributions, to the reviewers for their meticulous evaluations, and to the organizing committee for their dedication in ensuring the success of ICELET 2025. We also acknowledge the support of Universitas Negeri Jakarta and our partners, whose commitment has made this event possible.

It is our sincere hope that these proceedings will inspire new ideas, foster collaboration across borders, and contribute to advancing ethical and impactful educational research and practice in a global society.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we wish all participants and readers an enriching and fruitful experience.
