- Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has become a key driver of transformation in the construction industry. The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of ICT in construction schedule and cost optimization. Through a systematic review and theoretical analysis of relevant literature, this paper comprehensively evaluates the potential of ICT in optimizing construction processes and controlling costs. Finally, some suggestions and prospects for the future development of ICT in the construction industry are proposed.
