- Abstract
There is a tendency that Philosophy of Science books for students of Philosophy and non-philosophy study programs have no fundamental differences. Philosophy of Science books on the market, which are used for philosophy of science lectures tend to be felt rather heavy to digest, less communicative, less associated with solving problems that are being faced by non-philosophy study program students in preparing the final project. The development of the Philosophy of Science book using the ADDIE procedural model is to produce a valid Philosophy of Science book based on expert validation, positive and practical responses from non-philosophy doctoral program students who are studying philosophy of science. As a result, this study produced a Philosophy of Science textbook with a very valid approach based on expert validation, and very practical and positive responses from users. It is recommended that the book can be utilized as a complementary learning resource for philosophy of science.
