The advent of the Internet+ era has brought disruptive transformations to human resource management (HRM). This study explores strategies for optimizing HRM in this evolving digital landscape. First, it analyzes emerging trends in HRM under the Internet+ environment and identifies key challenges. Subsequently, targeted strategies are proposed to enhance HRM practices in the digital age. The findings provide valuable insights for enterprises seeking to improve HRM efficiency and foster sustainable growth.
