- Abstract
In the digital transformation wave, enterprise business models are deeply evolving. This research comprehensively explores digitalization’s multifaceted impacts on these models and transformation paths. By reviewing global studies, it shows digitalization drives enterprises to construct digital platforms for enhanced connections, leverage big data and AI for customer insights, operation optimization, and innovation, develop digital services for product-to-service shifts, and explore new profit models. Nevertheless, enterprises encounter challenges like tech costs, data security, privacy, and cultural shifts. Those transforming successfully can boost operational efficiency, strengthen customer loyalty, expand markets, and ensure sustainable growth. This study offers a theoretical and practical reference for enterprises navigating digital transformation.
