As global climate change continues to intensify, green finance, as an innovative financial tool, plays a crucial role in promoting the transition to a low-carbon economy. At present, in-depth analysis of the impact of green finance reform and innovation pilot zones on reducing carbon emissions has become an important research area of common concern for academia and policy makers. This field comprehensively discusses the specific mechanisms and practical effects of green finance policies in promoting green economic transformation and reducing carbon emissions, aiming to provide a solid scientific basis for policy formulation and optimization. This paper systematically summarizes the current research results by discussing in detail the actual effects and operational mechanisms of green finance policies in reducing carbon emissions. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth perspective on how green finance policies affect carbon emissions, thereby providing useful insights and references for the formulation and optimization of green finance policies in the future.
