Abstract

In recent years, environmental protection has received increasing attention globally. Many governments have regarded green development as an important part of their future strategies and have promoted the realization of a green economy through policy guidance and legislation. In this context, enterprises, as an important part of the social economy, need to increasingly recognize the importance of taking responsibility for environmental protection. Enterprises are gradually promoting the transformation of traditional industries in the direction of green and low-carbon through digital technology. Green supply chain management has become a key area of concern for enterprises, which optimizes resource allocation, reduces energy waste and improves the environmental performance of products throughout their life cycle. Taking Haier Group, China's home appliance giant, as an example, the company has achieved remarkable results in green supply chain management through digital transformation. This paper will take Haier Group as the research object, comprehensively analyze how its digital transformation promotes green supply chain management, and provide a reference for other enterprises and all walks of life by summarizing its successful experience.
