Abstract

This article studies the performance changes of the listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STB) from the perspective of financial indicators, analyzes the performance trends of key indicators such as revenue growth, profitability, R&D investment, and capital structure, and reveals the changing rules of the financial performance of the listed companies and the driving factors behind them. Combined with the institutional design of the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STB) and the specific performance of the obstacles, the article discusses the causes of high valuation and performance “face”, bankruptcy and other phenomena, and analyzes the special characteristics of technology-intensive enterprises through the comparison with the U.S. Nasdaq market. The study shows that the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STIB) provides an important financing channel for emerging technology enterprises, but they generally face problems of fluctuating profitability and inefficient utilization of resources after listing. Finally, the article puts forward improvement suggestions to optimize policy regulation, improve enterprise management efficiency, and guide investor behavior, in order to promote the sustainable development and market stability of the KEM and to provide theoretical support and empirical evidence for relevant decision-making.
