- Abstract
Based on the current situation and characteristics of forming learning organizations among college students, this article summarizes the obstacles to the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities. Using the theory of learning organizations and the system dynamics method, learning is analyzed as the driving force and source of sustainable development of organizations. Different ideas, methods, and approaches for improving academic atmosphere construction are proposed, and strategies for enhancing academic atmosphere construction in colleges and universities based on the theory of learning organizations are condensed.
