- Abstract
This study employs literature review, interviews, and case analysis to investigate student conflicts in the management decision-making course of VBSE (virtual business social environment) and other concentrated practical courses in our college. The research deconstructs the definition of student conflicts and categorizes them statistically. Key causes of conflicts are identified: insufficient safety education guidance and suboptimal course design. To address these issues, the study proposes three focal strategies: (1) preventive mechanisms(reinforcing ideological and political education; optimizing course procedures, assessment criteria, and faculty allocation); (2) efficient in-process resolution(establishing rapid information-sharing networks; clarifying responsibilities to avoid ambiguous handling); (3) post-conflict management(building a positive course “brand anchor” to mitigate negative perceptions; enhancing control over false online narratives). These measures aim to reduce the frequency, intensity, and impact of student conflicts, aligning with the educational philosophy of fostering a safe campus and prioritizing student well-being.
