- Abstract
Table tennis for adolescents is an effective vehicle for cultivating physical literacy, but its effectiveness relies on the in-depth integration of family-school collaborative mechanisms. This study constructs an association model between table tennis and physical literacy from the perspectives of motivation, kinetic energy, and conditions. It proposes strategies for optimizing collaborative scenarios, synergizing resources, and co-creating and building together. A hierarchical progressive cultivation model is designed (family-led interest enlightenment—school-led systematic training—family-school co-education for lifelong habits). Through multidimensional support pathways (policy support, social linkage, and technology empowerment) and pilot practice verification, it is proven that the family-school collaborative mechanism can significantly enhance adolescents’ sports participation, skill levels, and internalization of sports ethics. The study provides a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for solving the dilemma of physical education where “families focus on academic courses and schools focus on competitive achievements,” and also offers references for the innovation of literacy cultivation models in other sports.
