- Abstract
In an era of rapid development of the knowledge economy and scientific and technological innovation, interdisciplinary research has become a crucial force in solving complex problems and driving scientific progress. As the top level of higher education, the collaborative education model integrating science and education from an interdisciplinary perspective is of great significance for cultivating high-level talents with innovative capabilities, comprehensive qualities, and practical skills. This paper delves deeply into the dilemmas faced by this education model in the process of interdisciplinary integration of science and education and collaborative education, including obstacles of disciplinary barriers, imperfect curriculum systems, scarcity of teaching staff, and unsound collaborative mechanisms. It further puts forward targeted breakthrough approaches to facilitate the efficient implementation of the interdisciplinary integration of science and education and the collaborative cultivation of postgraduate students. The aim is to furnish society with a greater number of composite talents who are in line with the demands of the times.
