- Abstract
The green Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) holds critical strategic importance for participating countries in addressing shared global sustainability challenges. This study develops a quadripartite evolutionary game framework involving four core stakeholders: the Chinese government, host governments, Chinese financial institutions, and Chinese enterprises. By employing computational simulations, the paper systematically identify key factors affecting the collaborative governance mechanisms essential for achieving green BRI objectives. These findings provide empirically recommendations for accelerating the development of green BRI.
