- Abstract
In today’s globalized world, “fast fashion” has become a key approach for younger generations to follow the latest trends. Among numerous fashion brands, Zara—a leading apparel retailer under Spain’s Inditex Group—has distinguished itself through its unique supply chain strategy. This study aims to explore Zara’s rapid supply chain mechanism and analyze its six core components. By examining the challenges currently faced by China’s apparel industry, the research identifies the critical success factors behind Zara’s model, offering insights and reference points for both Zara’s future improvements and the advancement of China’s fashion industry.
