- Abstract
The transformation of Financial Technology and insurance has given rise to Insurtech which is rapidly evolving domain reshaping traditional Insurance models. This paper explores how Fin tech applications like Artificial intelligence, IoT and Big data transforming risk assessment, underwriting, Claim management and customer engagement. An Integrated Insurtech value Chain Model is proposed to explain how FinTech enhances operational efficiency and customer centricity. This study highlights challenges, regulatory concerns, and future directions particularly emerging market like India.
