Website: https://www.icifde.org/ We are delighted to have witnessed the success of the 5th International Conference on Internet Finance and Digital Economy (ICIFDE 2025), held in Harbin, China, from August 15 to 17, 2025. This conference was dedicated to advocating the design industrialization strategy to promote the integration and innovation of industry, education, and research. It aimed to empower enterprises, foster performance growth, facilitate financing and listing, and support transformation and upgrading, thereby establishing a high-level, multidisciplinary and cross-industry platform for resource sharing and exchange. Centered on the two core themes of internet finance and digital economy, ICIFDE 2025 covered cutting-edge research areas such as e-banking, security and privacy, big data economy, artificial intelligence and internet economy, governance of the digital space, and urban and industrial economy. The conference gathered experts and scholars from various universities and research institutions, who shared the latest research achievements and academic insights through diverse formats. Keynote speeches were delivered by Prof. Dr. Md. Mamun Habib from Beijing Normal University (BNU-Zhuhai), Prof. Koh Hsieng Yang Eric from University of Malaya, and Prof. Jianxi Luo from City University of Hong Kong. Oral presentations were given by researchers including Zhao Yan from Harbin Engineering University, Boyu Liu from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Qingyu Xu from Beijing Jiaotong University, among others. Their contributions not only highlighted current challenges and opportunities but also proposed innovative methodologies and empirical insights that advance the fields. The proceedings include a collection of high-quality academic papers spanning theoretical explorations, empirical analyses, model constructions, and practical applications, reflecting the current research hotspots and advanced trends in internet finance and digital economy. Each submission underwent a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality, innovation, and practical relevance, demonstrating the authors' spirit of exploration and scholarly contribution. ICIFDE 2025 upheld the academic principles of openness, interdisciplinary integration and collaboration, providing an international forum for scholars and practitioners from diverse fields such as finance, economics, management, and information science to exchange ideas and foster collaboration.
