Abstract

This research aims to analyze service procedures in preventing and handling sexual violence at Hasanuddin University based on Permendikbutristek No. 30 of 2021 implemented by the PPKS Task Force Team of Hasanuddin University. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The focus of this research is based on George Edward III’s theory (communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure) implemented by the PPKS Task Force of Hasanuddin University in the form of assistance, protection, administrative sanctions, and victim recovery. This research shows that services in preventing and handling sexual violence at Hasanuddin University are carried out based on rules set by the Rector as the Head of Higher Education, from 2022-2024 there are 14 cases that have been handled, in addition there are 3 (three) cases that are still ongoing.
