- Abstract
Regular physical exercise is a key issue of global concern, but currently only about 40% of adults meet the recommended exercise standards. Some researchers have found that psychological factors of exercisers have a major influence on how exercise behavior is formed. However, a cohesive explanation for the underlying mechanism of creation and extent of influence is still lacking. Therefore, this study takes the TPB theory as the theoretical basis, breaks through the convergence psychology, and studies the intrinsic mechanism of Conformity psychology on the formation of exercise behavior intention. The three variables in the TPB, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control—may all be influenced by conformity psychology, which can also directly enhance the audience’s intention to exercise for health. The premise behind this finding is that people are becoming more socially engaged. The study has used methods such as questionnaire survey data statistics to illustrate this notion. This study’s comprehensive analysis of the convergent psychological factors influencing people’s inclination to exercise provides a scientific framework for cross-border health governance.
