Abstract

This article mainly discusses the cultural background, historical value, and innovative applications of Chinese traditional tie-dye craftsmanship in modern society. By analyzing the challenges in the inheritance of tie-dye skills and their applications in wedding dresses and home goods, the article proposes innovative development paths combining modern design and e-commerce platforms. The study shows that the modernization of tie-dye craftsmanship not only injects new vitality into intangible cultural heritage but also promotes local economic development, especially through cross-border collaboration and market-oriented paths for innovative inheritance.
