- Abstract
When the police and experts reach the crime scene and investigation gains strength and that’s when the intentions of the criminals are highlighted and only truth is what stands tall. In the present day and scenario new technologies are emerging and modern forensic tools have the strength to expose even the dangerous criminals involved in criminal acts. This article gets deep into the convergence of forensic techniques and the constitutional rights with an emphasis on privacy and due process. Brain finger printing, expert statements and narco analysis are discussed in depth in this article with deep reference to constitutional protections. These methods have a way to get deeper into the working of the brain of a criminal and any information that is subdued become a way to prevent any harm or crime.
