Welcome to the proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research in Management and Economics (ICMRME 2025), held on 16–17 May 2025 at EMAA Business School in Agadir, Morocco. Under the unifying theme “Redefining Sustainability: Bridging Research Gaps in Management and Economics for a Resilient Future,” this conference brought together a vibrant community of scholars, professionals, and policymakers to explore innovative paths toward sustainable economic and managerial transformation.

In an era marked by mounting challenges—climate change, resource scarcity, socio-economic inequality, and AI-driven disruption—the urgency for interdisciplinary insights and actionable strategies has never been greater. ICMRME 2025 served as a dynamic forum to confront these issues through the lens of ecological preservation, ethical governance, resilient supply chains, inclusive growth, and responsible digital transformation.

We were privileged to host distinguished keynote speakers who lent their remarkable experience and perspectives to our dialogue, including Mme. Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, former French Minister of National Education, Higher Education, and Research; Dr. Soufyane Frimousse, Senior Lecturer at the University of Corsica; Dr. Younes Ben Zaied, Finance Professor and Sustainability Expert; and Dr. Yousuf Suliman Alhajri, professor and media leader.

This volume presents a curated selection of papers that were rigorously peer-reviewed and accepted for publication. Authors were evaluated by reviewers whose expertise was carefully matched to the topics, and decisions were based solely on scholarly merit, methodological strength, and relevance to the conference theme. The editorial process upheld high standards of clarity, ethics, and academic integrity, including plagiarism detection and ethical compliance.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the organizing and reviewing committees, EMAA Business School, the co-chairs—Dr. Lafou Tarik and Dr. Younes Ben Zaied—and all individuals and institutions whose contributions made this gathering possible. Special thanks also go to our publication partners and sponsors, who will support authors in disseminating their work more broadly. It is with great pride that we present these proceedings, which we hope will inspire ongoing research, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and contribute meaningfully to the global pursuit of sustainable development.
