- Abstract
This study addresses material delivery and warehouse management challenges in continuous manufacturing by proposing an integrated system with a hybrid A*-PSO algorithm. The algorithm combines Particle Swarm Optimization and A* to optimize obstacle-aware path planning and dynamic task allocation in grid-based workshops. Simulations confirm its effectiveness in route optimization and priority management. The warehouse system streamlines material flows through automated inbound or outbound processes and cross-department collaboration. Core modules include factory modeling, inventory management, and stock control, enhancing space utilization and operational efficiency. This solution supports digital transformation and intelligent warehouse management.
